The Opportunity

Position: Policy and Compliance Analyst (Hybrid/Remote)

As a Policy and Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our organization by analyzing client policies and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations. You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting complex information, drafting clear and concise decisions, and providing guidance to clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret legislation, regulations, policies and standards.

  • Draft clear and concise decisions.

  • Provide guidance and support to clients.

  • Provide guidance and support to clients on policy and compliance matters.

  • Stay updated on new laws and regulations that may impact the scope of work.

Qualifications

  • Must be a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Ontario.

  • Must reside in the Province of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Ontario.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
