Kyle Davenport’s legal practice is centered heavily on real estate (commercial and residential) and Wills and Estate Planning. Mr. Davenport appreciates that buying a home is one of the biggest investments in most people’s lives, and Mr. Davenport understands the stress and excitement experienced by clients throughout the real estate process. Mr. Davenport strives to make sure the firm’s clients' real estate transactions are completed in a timely and cost efficient manner and works hard to provide clients with the knowledge they need to feel confident about their investment.
Mr. Davenport is also a strong advocate for the firm's clients to have their estate planning in order and provides a personalized service that allows clients flexibility and provides a sense of security in knowing that they and their families will be looked after in the future.
Mr. Davenport obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree at St. Thomas University with a focus on Political Science and Communications in 2014. After a year working in politics and the banking industry he furthered his academia and obtained his law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2019.
