Wayne Walton maintains a legal practice predominantly in the areas of corporate/commercial law and real estate law. On the Corporate/Commercial front, Mr. Walton’s experience includes incorporations, corporate acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financing, and document review, providing legal services in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Walton’s real estate experience encompasses both residential real estate and commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Walton takes a client-centric approach to the practice of law, tailoring legal solutions that fit each client’s respective wants and needs, and emphasizing availability, accessibility, and transparency throughout the legal process.
Before beginning his career as a lawyer with Langdon Law, Mr. Walton completed an undergraduate degree at St. Thomas University, graduating with distinction with a major in political science and a minor in economics in 2018. This was followed by the completion of a law degree at the University of New Brunswick in 2021. Mr. Walton also has several years of experience working in sales and commercial banking.
Outside of the office, Mr. Walton is an avid sports fan and traveller. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and spending time with his family and friends.
